Collecting and processing of personal data
When you visit our website, our web servers will store the following data by default:

The Hosting of our website is done by the company 1&1 Internet SE (Eigendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur; for more Information see imprint of 1&1. These store the following data of the Access-/FTP-Logs for the purpose of technical aministration and optimisation of the website:
- Time Zone
- Command (e.g. GET)
- Object (file)
The processing of the personal data takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 I lit.f GDPR.
These data will be kept at 1&1 up to 30 days from data collection. The contained IP addresses will be anonymized after 7 days.
Use and disclosure of personal data and earmarking
Loomans & Matz uses your personal data for purposes of technical administration of the web pages only in the required amount. The transfer of personal data to state institutions and authorities will only be done within the framework of mandatory national legislation. Our employees are obliged to confidentiality.
