Today, the EU General Data Protection Regulation enters into force.

For companies, authorities and associations, which are operating within the EU, this means:

- Fines up to 4% of global annual turnover

- Extended civil liability

- Additional responsibility for data protection officers

- Greatly expanded obligations regarding documentation and evidence

- And much more…
